After School Program

Kids Table After School is a place where kids can belong, learn, and thrive after the school day ends. We offer homework help, exciting activities, creative projects, and plenty of opportunities to build meaningful friendships.

West Allegheny will transport students to The Table Church after school from their elementary schools.

Monday - Thursdays from bus drop off to 6:00pm

Fridays from bus drop off to 5:30pm

$60 non-refundable deposit upon registration to hold your child's spot

$240/month due by the 10th day of each month from August through April of the school year. This monthly cost includes all West Allegheny school days.

Cost includes half days! On West Allegheny's half days, we still have Kids Table After School from bus drop off to our normal pickup time.

FAQs

What grades do you serve?

We serve students in Kindergarten through 5th grade.

What are your hours of operation?

Our program operates Monday through Thursday from school bus drop-off until 6:00pm and on Fridays from school bus drop-off until 5:30pm.

Do you operate on school holidays, snow days, or half days?

The program is not available on school holidays or snow days. However, we do operate on scheduled half days when school is in session, from bus drop off to our normal pick up times.

Which schools do you pick up from?

West Allegheny provides transportation from all of their elementary schools. Students are dropped off at our secure entrance at The Table Church. Please notify your child's school that their after-school drop-off location will be The Table Church (1000 Crossroads Drive, Oakdale, PA 15071).

What is the cost?

The monthly cost is $240 and is due by the tenth (10th) day of each month from August through April of the school year. This includes all West Allegheny school days.

In addition, a non-refundable deposit of $60 holds your child's spot.

How do you communicate with parents?

We use the Brightwheel app to communicate with parents.
